Rep. McDermott and the Silly Constitution

It took 2 days to read the Constitution in the U.S. House of Representatives. It was most certainly the first time many in Congress have ever read it.

Reading the Constitution may be considered silly, but going a full year without a budget and then refusing to pass a budget after your entire party was wiped out in a single election, is smart power!
